After a very busy weekend with friends that visit and parties its the first time now that I can just sit for a minute!!! And chill!!

 

... Yesterday a full force of Granny DIY enter our premises!!

Operation......Twins-need-their-own-house.

Grandpa made a house for the twins !! yes he is a hand-on-“oupa” who can make almost ANYTHING!!!!!

He arrived with his side-kick “ouma” who turn out to be the babysitter for the day and me being the “help”

When the twins went for their morning nap we turn on the speed and work like hell to just get it up before they wake. ( they give us a hour and half break)

Nika wake first ( with us not being finish) we let her out and when she saw the house without a roof she went all OOOOing and AAaaaing. She could not believe her eyes and from there on it was difficult to get the job finish with her in the way and the paint job also needed to stop because of her.

It was in the house and out the house..... Open the windows and close the windows!!!  To see their faces the first time when they saw the house was  PRICELESS!!!!

It is the most beautiful house I still need to paint the house in kids-colours but for now I just put a base colour and the new house need alot of work to  , as you know it take alot to put a house up from scratch...

I saw this on the internet....and it made me think

... you have to sometimes believe beyond what you can see and known...

I believe there is a reality after delivery and we are here to prepare ourselves for that reality....

Funny how many times nowadays people are asking “ are they twins?” yes !! is this your first?

Now I wonder don’t I look like a 20-something-mommy ??? or  are these people just some of that on-the-dot-age-spotters?

Do they think Shame, poor old lady with this try in injury-time and now its twins!!! Poor thing!

When I say “No they my first and only babies” then they said, yes twins are hard work I can think you don’t want more..... with me then. I would love loads more kids, but my sus, suro for me so they very special and we can just thank our stars for these two!!! They special!!

Then you can see they shut-down!! Suro...what the hec!!!!

And I think then they start to wonder.....

...BECAUSE THEY DOUBLE JOY!!!!

Winter is about to knock on our door....I hate winter its just to cold and I then go slow!!! I just cannot do anything and if you just know my to do list are getting as long as my arm!

This year will be an utter bliss if I can just finish all the stuff I want to do!! But most things I want to do is stuff I need to do WITH-OUT-KIDS otherwise it will take weeks!!

The twins don’t want me to do anything accept playing with them or they will sit , or let me reface destroy anything in eyesight around me, which mean more work for mommy!

They got their own personalities now!! Very demanding! but geee they funny!! It’s like I just don’t get enough of them!! I am just so privilege to be with them ALL DAY!!! And its not a pity for me, I love it!!

Kitchen are on a strike I think!! Yes they too can go on a strike....this weekend we need to jump in!! But in the town we stay I think most of the business people don’t want to work!!! And this happen all the time. You can ask for a quote.....you will wait 2 weeks or for ever, they just will not get back to you....its flipping me! And then when their business are crashing you must feel sorry( for What??? Not wanting to work???)

On Friday we left for a family wedding of Luv’s nephew on Patensie. The Kids love the little road-trip and was not bad in the car, thank goodness!

I did not go to the wedding because, No Kids, so us 3 did the coffee-shop-play-thing.  Entertaining them the whole day while waiting for their daddy.

On our way back we stay-over at the backpackers (which was before-kids one of our favourites. So now it’s their first stay at the “packers “they were all over the place exploring of the funny things which just a backpackers have. We don’t to the dorm-thing we do the on-suite-packers-now.

Yesterday was our 13^th anniversary!! 13 very interesting years!! Like my mom said with NO-TROUBLE ( ha ha ha) we took the kids for their vacanatations  poor things. They grow in length ( daddy’s genes) so much the past 3 months  and their weight stay the same.

We  are so busy lately I don’t get time for anything, but loving it. We are away allot, so it’s just pack and go. The twins have no problem with sleeping at new place which are super, as long as they are with, they fine.

The past weekend we were at  my parents farm, kids went ballistic. Running around and playing with their niece and nephew and we meet up with their new little niece.

We only got back last night, very tired. With twins its a bit more difficult to just go where you want....they want to eat and sleep and play. I have seen if you have 10000 of things on your list for the day....one will be pick off!!

I met up with suro-sus us want to go shopping.....Wium decided to sleep and don’t wake.... shopping not done. I met with friends from the UK, we haven’t seen in 2 years and it was GREAT seeing each other!!

Long ago I met with If –sisters in a coffee shop. I still remember our talks about, IF, doctors, sisters, clinic’s, egg-quality, sperm-quality, hormones and meds and how fuck-up infertility are!!!! Luv was with and I remember the people sitting next to us was very interesting in our talks because we were on a roll( for most people this talks are TA-BOO and we where ranting!!)

Now we meet again and we have babies!!! Seeing them for the first time was AMAZING!!!! Years ago we were in the dumps and now we on a HIGH!!

I have had a list as long as my arm , I hit the shop with the twins....it was chaos  in the trolley... I ended up with not even half the stuff and two kids redecorating the shops!! But I was in that mall for  5 hours!!

...and Wium fell into someone’s pool in the first 5 minutes we arrived!. I think the ice cold water was the biggest shock!!!

Through all of this me and Luv are re-doing our kitchen all by ourselves....years ago it was a three night job now it have been a months....kitchen are in chaos!!! You will get the pic hopefully before 2014!!!

Now its time for washing and there are bundles and bundles!!!

14 years ago I have injured my knee badly. I have torn the entire ligament in my knee. I was 2 months in a knee cast.

 

The last 4 months I have had really bad pain in my knee and could not do all the things I was use to.

I am always scared I need an op , BECAUSE I HAD HOSPITALS and don’t want to see the inside of an theatre soon.

So I went to the physiotherapist, last week. I have no muscle in my legs and bum ( can this be of  no exercise because i am to busy with the twins? y)

She wanted me to do a few exercise which I could not do.. WHaaaa !! Now I am on a rehab-programme for 3 weeks and then will get more advanced exercise. To get the time to do this.... the moment I got on the floor the twins think its playtime and are all over me... but mommy need to do this.  Otherwise they will have a sit-at-the-side-mommy one day.

Its was a weekend with pouring rain, wonderful. So it was super lazy... We have catch up on loads of movies!! Just doing nothing!!

And because we went out in the first cold- we were not geared!! Kids have NO SHOES, they where crawling this time last year and then it were summer so barefoot and now they need shoes, and mommy don’t have a clue what size???? For Christmas they got their first shoes ever from a friend and we put it on. They look like cats on a tin roof-funny!

Last year on a sale we bought clothes for this winter. 18-24 months. Its little to big for NIka and way to big for Wium. So I bought clothes for Wium 12-18 months. It arrived. Way to BIG !! so now his is wearing last years clothes. Fit on the waist but way to short !!
